Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit Process

  1. Please review City of Atlanta,Code of Ordinances, Section 74-134,135 prior
    to downloading and completing application.
  2. The applicant will download the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit
    Application / Invoice.
  3. The applicant will complete the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit
    Application / Invoice.
  4. The attached invoice is for the $25 Application and Reviewing fee. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE
    and must be paid prior to the review, approval/denial, and issuance of
    the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit.
  5. The applicant will take the Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit Application /
    Invoice to the Revenue Collection Administrator’s window at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity
    Ave, Atlanta, GA 30303. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt.
  6. Email Temporary Noise Ordinance Variance Permit Application / Invoice and Paid
    Receipt to ralbertini@atlantaga.gov or dstrozier@atlantaga.gov.
  7. If the application is approved, The Contingency Operations Division will send the valid
    permit to the applicant.
  8. If the application is rejected, the applicant will receive a letter of rejection.
